I really don’t know what kind of PT I would have been without MAPS training from early on. I think my subjective assessment is my first superpower. I have learned to not make assumptions and keep asking questions -probably my second superpower. MAPS training teaches you how to think and how to think about your thinking, the ultimate superpower!

Overall fantastic course. I loved the new set-up…having the lectures at home as a self study makes a difference. Learned a lot, and gaining more confidence in my manual therapy and screening exam skills. Thanks again Maitland for providing manual therapy courses especially with the spine based on the current evidence of practice.

MT-M is a great class. This class provided a wide range of treatment options that I feel like will be very helpful in the clinic. There were a good amount of different techniques that allow me to pick what that works best for me.

“MAPS has transformed my practice to be more efficient and effective. My patients think I am performing magic when I am able to find and treat their pain in ways they have not had before, but really it is a systematic thought process [that] guides me to best treatment.”

I am certified with Paris MTC, Mulligan CMP, Maitland COMT, and I am an OCS. Maitland has been the MOST comprehensive and I tell my untrained/uncertified clinicians if you are to do only one certification, the overall most beneficial and comprehensive for assessment and treatment would be Maitland.

No other techniques or courses compare to the improvement I have noted since beginning to apply the Maitland-Australian approach. I am so thankful!

Very detailed and appropriate demonstration and explanation of techniques and reasoning behind them. Very grateful for [course instructor] Michael Gray and our host Belinda McDonnel.

I like that the instructor gave rationale and focused on clinical reasoning regarding when to apply the treatments that were taught. [He] did a great job presenting this course, answering our questions, and giving us feedback on our performance of the techniques. He made it a very enjoyable and productive learning environment.
